I wanted her to be able to grow up in a home free of environmental factors that affected her health and an area with access to better schooling opportunities (zoning). I also wanted to show her that it was more to “living” outside of an apartment complex. There’s no specific reason for me choosing Latarsha other than the fact that she was referred to me. Latarsha’s work performance is impeccable! Latarsha is definitely energetic and always display positive behavior. She communicates effectively both written and orally. She takes pride in her work and strives to assist her clients in ways best suitable for the individual. She is always cordial and willing to communicate with the opposing realtor on your behalf. If anything could have been done better or differently, it would have been a thorough walk-through before closing. And maybe recommending a second inspection if the sellers appeared to be faulty at any point during the buying process.
